  • 1.  How to install Cognos Dynamic Query Analyzer 11.1.3

    Hey everyone,
    I have installed Cognos Analytics server 11.1.3 in Windows for testing purpose. Now everything sees OK. I just want to explore Dynamic Cubes feature, but when I open it, these tools are in grey and couldn't select.
    How can I install these tools in CA 11.1.3? 
    My steps are following:
    1) use easy install mode to install CA 11.1.3 in Windows
    2) test everything OK
    3) run ca_instl_win_2.0.190624.exe and select file path of ca_instl_win_2.0.190624.exe
    4) then meet tools in grey...

    You will need to download and use the client tools repository ca_client_MP_1.1.3.zip for Dynamic Query Analyzer. Run the ca_instl_win_2.0.190624.exe and select file path of to ca_client_MP_1.1.3.zip
