  • 1.  ServiceNow Ticket Type

    I've just configured out of the box ServiceNow ticket data using DL4 Ticket radio button to bring in the data.

     

    My problem is that I only see the ticket type "incident". Is that correct or should I see other ticket types as "change", 
    "knowledge", "problem" and "request"?

    Hi Jasper,

     

    Have you reviewed the document for ServiceNow Ticket Data.  It shows what columns would come from ServiceNow and where they would map to Apptio Tickets' Master Data Set.

    This is not a question of which column is ticket type in - I have seen that guide. I was hoping other with similar experience would tap in what ticket types they get.
