    Is anyone using ServiceNow for PPM and has integrated it back into Apptio CT? How did you do it? Did it require any customisation? Thanks

    Hi Ben

    It depends upon your requirement!! if some the prerequisites of Apptio is already implemented in Service now with key data requirements of the data sources then I don't think so you require customisation.

    Else may require some turn around on the customisation.

    While I am not an expert on ServiceNow PPM, I can say that PPM can typically provide data to support Projects, Labor (sometimes called Resources), and Time Tracking. Once you identify those tables in ServiceNow, you'll probably be able to use our DataLink connector's "custom" option to bring those in. For reference, this document describes how to do that for the cmdb_rel_ci table.
