    Thank you for the word documentation in the link. But one point that is not working on Process Mining GA Demo Template December 2020 V3 image on https://assetrepo.ibm.com/ 

    This video shows how you can navigate between these processes and sub-processes, and how you can get insights from task mining and RPA: https://ibm.box.com/s/hc53nsq39tm55lmgrcohr3n33a4qa29l

    In the video, he drills down Task mining of "BO Service Closure". I did the same steps in Word document. But "Task Mining" option is not visible in my image like in video. 

    What can be the problem?

    Hi, you need to follow up closely the process of creating the parent process and the 4 processes (from task mining) in the same organization.
    The naming of the process mining projects are important: 'Task Mining: <activity name>'
