    Hello all,

    Have you ever visualized the percentage of automation in BWL?
    Our customer's intention is to understand how much automation is in progress.
    The existing system does not allow this, but I was wondering if it would be possible to get the necessary items from the detailed activity information (items can also be customized and added) and calculate based on the information output in Excel... If anyone has already handled this in a similar way, I would like to know...

    Hello Ayami, you are correct that this is not a report that is available directly in Blueworks Live. However, have you looked into our free add-on tool for Blueworks Live called "Blueworks Insights" (https://blueworksinsights.com). We have a new version being released in a couple weeks that should address your requirement directly. Let me know if this helps and if you have any questions.

    Thanks for your reply, Mark told me that he thought it could be done with Salient Insights and when I decided to check it out, Jared gave me the information I needed to know. Thank you so much!!! I immediately tried to create an account and see what was in it, but when I tried to connect it to my BWL account, I got an error message. Was there something I should have kept in mind when creating the account? Or is there anything else I need to set up on the BWL side?
