Please try the following:
- Check that the Task Mining web application is working properly.
- Make that the Agent endpoint is configured properly, i.e. linked to the Process Mining application (step 5 of https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/process-mining/1.14.3?topic=optional-installing-task-mining-agent). Note that the endpoint can also be changed after the installation, as explained in the installation procedure.
- Make sure that Task Mining web application and Agent work on the same version.
- Make sure to toggle "Agent enabled" in the user you are logging with (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/process-mining/1.14.3?topic=manual-creating-users).

Hello everyone,
I'm new to IBM Process Mining and Task Mining and I'm having trouble with the Task Mining Agent. After installing the agent based on the documentation Installing the Task Mining Agent - IBM Documentation, I'm unable to log in to the desktop app. When I press login button and navigate to login webpage then entering my process mining user credentials, the program start loading then the login screen reappears. I created a new user in the "tm" group and an admin user and still same issue.
In the Task Mining log all about error 401 : failure with status code: Unauthorized
