Hi,

We have a requirement where our inventory of Blueworks process maps is exported to Excel and then uploaded to some other systems so they can reference the Blueworks direct links and some other related data using the "Items" tab.

However, we have started getting an error now "

The total number of artifacts exceeds the limit of 3000 artifacts." when we try to export the parent space to Excel.

Can anyone advise on how we can resolve this as it is really critical to our business to export the whole Blueworks listing and have no idea why there is a 3k limit on the data and normally just takes 2 seconds to extract.

Hi Simon,

Yes, 3000 artifacts is the limit. Two options:

1. Export one space level down and then merge the spreadsheets
2. Do some work to isolate spaces that you do not want to report on - Training spaces etc. Only report on the "real" stuff
