  • 1.  ServiceNow Integration with FileNet Conent Manager

    Hi - 

    A customer would like to migrate the documents currently stored within ServiceNow to a FileNet Content Manager repository. Once the migration of this content is completed, they would still like to use the ServiceNow front-end to access the documents in FNCM. So my questions are:

    1) Has this type of migration been done before? Migrating the content from ServiceNow to FNCM. 

    2) Is there a connector (think SalesForce Connector) for ServiceNow to offer up the content stored in FNCM using the ServiceNow front end?

    The company I work for has contracted with https://www.intellective.com/ to do this. It is specifically for financial services application built on the Saleforce platform.

    Intellective is based in California and have been excellent to work with on getting this accomplished.
