Content Management and Capture

I recently started with DataCap and implemented my first and very simple solution which works fine. But I could not yet implement one requirement:

We are requested to identify the scan user  and store the information later in the target Content Manager. I found the information how to do this in the rule runner - using the @OPERTOR  smart parameter. But the rulerunner is running using a single batch id. And when I queue one of the RR Tasks it for original user, it will not pickup by the rulerunner. 

How can I store or retrieve the user who executed the NSCAN task without using local services?
