My users except administarors users cant' display All assigned works

    Dear Community,
    I'm using BAW Version: 21.0.3.
    My purpose is to have a Manager role in order to reassign all tasks. 
    When I setup this role to display All assigned works and add  a user in this role, this user  can't see All assigned works.
    We need to add this user to the tw_admins group in Process Admin Console to permit it to see all assigned works.
    Does anyone have any suggestions or tips?

    Hi,

    I am also interested in the subject. We are facing the same problem.

    Our requirement is to have a manager who can view workitem claimed by teams members and if necessary remove/reassign them (from ICN Case Client)

    Normally with P8 WorkItem we didn't have this concern (check a flag in in-baskt filtre to show all inbox workitem) but with BPM(baw) workitem i think there is a missing configuration/paramter somewhere.

    However, i found this on ibm documentation. It's unthinkable to put end-users (in tw_adminsà in such a group, it's risky!

    For Business Automation Workflow process work items, only a user who is a member of the tw_admins group can see all of the claimed work items that are associated with all users.
