Decision Management (ODM,ADS)

Hey Teams,
hope everyone doing well!
After deploying the decision service and calling the endpoint using URLs then I am getting the only top-level decision output.
so, I am trying to get all decision outputs and how many have inside the decision service as a response body.

For example - I have created a decision service and the inside decision service has five decisions so I want all decision outputs to come as an endpoint responses body.

Super easy - capture the sub decision outputs as ruleset varibles and just add these as response parameters of your decision service.
