I have 2 inquiries about datacap. Firstly, I need to know how does data populated into tmbatch table in data studio after scanning? Please refer to ss371.png to see the data.

Secondly, I would like to know where I set the database to be called in repositories as from picture ss370.PNG , it is called from the link but when I open the link in browser nothing shows up.

    Hi Muhammad,

    1. The tmbatch table contains one row for each batch in a Datacap system. A row is added each time a new batch is created, as opposed to after scanning. If you are scanning your batches using a document scanner or manually importing images into Datacap (e.g. using Navigator), then each time you create a new batch, a row is added to the tmbatch table. If your batches are created by Rulerunner (monitoring a watched folder or mailbox), a row is added each time Rulerunner creates a new batch.
    2. Each Datacap application has its own databases. These are set in the Datacap Application Manager (see screenshot). The URL in your screenshot is the web service entry point which Navigator uses to interact with Datacap via the Datacap Web Services API.

    Hope this helps,

    Shaun

if you really want to see the query that update the DB, enable full TM server log.  You will see the full query to what it add to which table etc.
