Cloud Pak for Business Automation

As part of CP4BA deployment, the cloudpak operator does all the job of creating the required datasources for CPE and BAN. But for ICN plugin, I need to create a database datasource to be used in ICN via it's plugin. How do you create a  custom datasource in CP4BA and made it available within the context of ICN so that ICN plugin can connect to the Oracle DB.
