    Dears,

we are in a Project that uses IBM BAW 21.0.3 running on openshift and
we want to activate a snapshot on BAW Process Portal but I can't find how to activate it using BAStudio,
is their a way to do that inorder to not use current snapshot as we are in a development Phase and need to test our flow using Portal?

    regards,,,

If you are talking about deploying to starter Workflow system or workflow authoring then you should use the 3 dot snapshot menu to trigger the activate action.

If you are talking about installing it to Workflow runtime then you would need to trigger the install action from the same menu.

    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-biz-automation/21.0.3?topic=installing-workflow-automations-automation-services

This should be similar to onPrem BAW but the user interface is very different.

    Hi,

I'm having same issue with IBM Workflow Process Service 22.0.2 Authoring which uses Business Automation Studio for designing process apps. I would like to activate snapshot on Workflow Authoring but I can't see this option on snapshot menu. Is it possible in this software like in IBM BAW Process/Workflow Center?

    Problem solved.
It is possible from Process Admin Console from Installed Apps. I have forgotten that you have to switch filter to "All" to show inactive snapshots/versions. You can find information in IBM BAW documentation i blue tip about Workflow Center:
