  • 1.  New to BAW - Reporting capabilities pointer?

    Posted Fri January 15, 2021 01:42 PM
    Hi,

We are new to BAW and working through the implementation.

We have migrated Blueworks Process Models and our Dev team is building the orchestration and we are at the stage where we are running individual tasks/forms in test.

We are still very much novices using the tool so there is nothing sophisticated setup yet. But one of the things that we need before we go into UAT is to be able to produce simple reports of the processes - so how many have completed, what task are the in progress processes at, and who with. I understand that this capability should be available 'out of the box' from the Teams tab but as yet have not found any documentation/guidelines/manuals to set up or configure.

I'm just asking for a pointer here to documentation that will enable me to get started?

    Hi Antony,

Here is a link to the documentation for the Team Performance Dashboard in the Process Portal. I think the Team Performance page is likely where you want to go to get all of the basic reporting details. The key you may be missing is making sure that the user trying to access the information is in the Team Manager Team. This link describes this.

If you want a more technical way to accomplish some of this with more of the technical details exposed, you can try the Process Inspector Page. You will need to be a Admin to use this page. I have included a link below to the documentation.

    Hope this helps!
