Thanks Lakshya for this great question. Paul Pacholski has just released a new lab (see below), showing how to get data from BPMN processes via BAI. That should be applicable with Cases that are starting processes.
This lab will enable you to demo BPMN Process Data Export from BAI directly to a Process Mining Project
Lab folder: https://ibm.box.com/v/PROCESS-TASK-MINING-ENV-LABS
Video: https://ibm.box.com/v/EXPORT-BAI-2-PROCESS-MINING
If this is not applicable to your use case, you might want to import data directly from Case by accessing logs or database. Alternatively, if you are using BAI with Case (there is case emitter), you could get the data from BAI (elasticsearch)- similar approach to what we did above with BPMN processes.
Feel free to contact me by email (patrick.megard@fr.ibm.com) to continue this discussion.
Thanks
Patrick

Subject: Generated Logs from Case Solution for generating Process Model in Process Mining
Greetings,
I am new to Process Mining and exploring the tool and trying to build a small demo to showcase the capibilities. Our solutions are based on Case Solution in IBM BAW. As a starting point in Process Mining, I need the logs which Process Mining would use to generated the Process Model. What is the best way to generate these logs in Case Solution which is good enough for process mining ? Is there any default logging which I can enable for this ? Or do I need to write in Custom Code for this ?
Thanks
