  • 1.  create schedule

    Hello
    When I doing a schedule for the process I can't find it responded and it doesn't work.
    Here are the steps that I took.
    1-i create credential username and password my pc
    2-
    i created my computer and downloaded  certificate3-
    4-
    I get canceled every time I schedule

    Hello!

    First of all, is your script - that you're trying to run - published so that it is enabled for scheduling?

    Also, some other pointers:

    1. does the PC on which you want to run the bot have the same version installed as the web console?
    2. Do you have the time on your PC set to the correct time (its this time that is used to run the bot)
    3. For initial testing purposes, you might want to make sure the PC is unlocked and set Unlock Machine to No.

    I meant do you have the RPA client installed with the same version as the web console

    @NIGEL CROWTHER, Out of curiosity, is that really necessary? When using IBM RPA as SaaS, the web console will be update regularly and automatically while the clients needs to be updated manually. I have a clients which is 2 releases behind (20.10) and that seems not to be an issue.
    I can understand that the Studio-client should be the same as the runtime-client.

    Hello,

    Does the script is in production?

    Does the machine have a runtime license?
    > https://localhost:8099/web/en-US/license

    If so, you can try to run the script via API
    > https://localhost:8099/scripts/<scriptName>?unlockmachine=false

    if executed with false, send me the error or file log Agent Service
    > C:\ProgramData\IBM Robotic Process Automation\AgentService.log
