Hello,
It looks like migration of the Deployment Manager (dmgr) profile failed. Second message is related to fact that node can't start, becouse dmgr is not working.
Heve you performed all steps defined in upgrade procedure:

Today, I did perform migration from BAW 18.0.1 to BAW 19.0.3.
Post migration, when I am trying to start Deployment Manager, I am getting the below issue.
I tried various ways to fix the issue but it didn't help.

After this, NodeAgent also fails with the below.
