    I have multiple customers who use the same app which the vendor of this app requires auto updates to be enabled when a new version is available in the Apple App Store and subsequently requires Auto updates to the same app to be disabled once each customer has successfully updated the app on all devices enrolled in MaaS360.

     

    The current work flow for this requires:
    Change Distribution settings for the app so as not to uninstall it.

    Save

    Delete the app

    Reinstall the app

    Set distribution again

    Set all necessary security items for the app again. 

     

    I counted.  It is 30 clicks to do this!

     

    I have 95 separate customers using this app!  Is there any hope any of this will ever change?

    Have you tried raising your idea or enhancement request at the IBM Ideas Portal ?

    I would request you to open one so that the product management team can review it further.

    Actually I have escalated this beyond the Ideas group to development.  I hope the work flow changes soon.
