Rashmi Kaushik is currently the Executive Product Director in IBM Automation for Integration portfolio of offerings that span API Management, App Integration, Security Gateway and Managed File Transfer. Prior to this, Rashmi led the Data Privacy and Governance product portfolio in IBM Data & AI.
Rashmi brings in-depth experience from her prior roles in SaaS and software such as IBM Digital Commerce platform, SaaS Product Specialist, SOA Technical Product Manager, WebSphere Business Integration Tech Support lead, and WebSphere on z Developer.
In 2019, Rashmi was nominated among top rising leaders by IBM to attend a prestigious executive leadership program at the Stanford Business School. Rashmi was also among the select IBM leaders chosen to participate in IBM Corporate Service Corps. as a volunteer at a non-profit called Community of Social Entrepreneurs (CREA) (crea.org.mx), in Mexico City. Rashmi led the team in Mexico to deliver a digital transformation solution that enabled CREA to double their productivity in education & training for underprivileged women micro entrepreneurs.
Rashmi has won the IBM Corporate Technical Recognition award, GM Consumability Award, as well as the Women's Technical Rising Star award for various initiatives that she has successfully led and delivered."


Ricky Moorhouse is the Cloud Architect for the IBM API Connect service on AWS. Prior to this, he led the API Connect SRE team responsible for the API Connect managed cloud offerings.
Ricky has been involved in building and running API Connect in the cloud since the initial release of the API Management cloud service in 2014. Since then he has enjoyed collaborating with customers and colleagues worldwide to identify and implement solutions that meet their varying requirements, including the introduction of our reserved instance offering in 2017.
