    Aspera Connect
     - has a convenient way to show current transfers and adjust their speed
    - allows setting an overall bandwidth limit

    What's missing though is that any transfer run via the ascp command line isn't included in the bandwidth limitation and is also not included in the currently ongoing transfers on the machine.

    So my question is

    - is it already possible to let an ascp transfer show up in aspera connect?

    - and if not is it possible to get this on the roadmap?

    Hello Patrick,

    These are features of the High Speed Transfer Server and High Speed Transfer Endpoint.

    There is a GUI application that will show all running and historical transfers on that host.

    Then there is the Aspera Console Web Application shows all transfers on all Transfer Servers and Endpoints.

    Thanks Ben. Does that mean that its unlikely for Aspera Connect to ever be able to show ascp transfers (as a higher level software is being sold for that purpose)?
