HSTE sync job not monitoring in the Aspera Console web UI.

    Hi Team,

    We are unable to see the HSTE sync job monitoring in the Aspera Console web UI.

    We have added the below commands in HSTE but, the issue is still not resolved.

    asconfigurator -x "set_client_data;async_management_activity_logging,true"
    asconfigurator -x "set_client_data;async_kvstore_activity_logging,true"

    Can you please suggest the steps to see the sync job monitoring in the Console.

    Please describe your overall configuration and describing the location of the HSTE and the server it is communicating with (is it HSTE or HSTS?) also which side starts the async command line and which node is the managed node as seen by Console.

    Hi Ben,

    We are doing Onprem sync job configuration in Aspera HSTE, we can able to see the normal file transfers in Console dashboard but we unable see the Aspera sync job . We have added both the node API in Console still we are unable to see the sync jobs.

    Could you please suggest us.
