CLOB retrieved as empty from Oracle DB

    I am calling a procedure with a CLOB out parameter and other varchar parameters, when calling the SP through ACE I am getting '' for the CLOB parameter, although it retrieves data on the SQL developer tool for this parameter, I have checked the Unicode of odbc file it's utf-8 and I did the same scenario on another environment with the same configuration of ODBC but with different DB, the data retrieved at the CLOB parameter successfully.
