this is from the Aspera on Cloud SaaS application - that window that you are referring to is the packages capability within the app, which allows to send content in an email-like format to special folders called shared inboxes. if you look right next to the IBM Aspera Cloud on the top left corner, you see "packages", that is the window showing.
