Hi Nicolas,
Try going to https://test-connect.ibmaspera.com/ and see the details reported there and try a test transfer. If that works then the networking requirements (typically just outbound TCP and UDP on port 33001 to the internet) on your side would be good and there may be an issue with the server setup. In that case the server administrator can open a support case if they need assistance with the necessary setup for transfers to work.

Subject: Aspera Connect Transfer Errors
Hello Shivam, I try to use ASPERA CONNECT on Mac OS MONTEREY and it keeps telling it failed to open connections for SSH. I have no FireWall. And when I list the TCP ports, I see some are closed for Aspera... Bit I cannot open them... These files are for a movie festival and it is urgent...

Files/folders are not getting transferred. "Error establishing HTTP connection" message occurs in Aspera Connect transfer window.
This kind of errors is usually caused by a network configuration on a client's end - due to UDP or TCP ports being blocked by a firewall.
