Could you explain why you think thats not the correct page?
That is the correct link for installing APIC 10.0.5 on cp4i, which is the version you should be using.
It takes you to the cloud pak docs, you select your version (e.g. 2022.2) and then look at the installation documentation: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-integration/2022.2?topic=installing
