    Hello @Santhosh Ramanathan - thanks for your patience! From one of our product managers:
    >The source for this is in git, under the Confluent Community License, it should work with OSS Kafka, and hence will work with ES.   You would be able to use with other nice (more license friendly) OSS technologies, such as FLINK SQL.
