    My queue manager is continuously generated FDC file and got below error:

    When you get an FDC and you don't know why, first thing to do is to Google the Probe Id. I did this, and the first hit was as follows:-

    I will leave you to read that and see if it matches your situation. It certainly looks very similar to me, same error in Arith2, 2101, which is MQRC_OBJECT_DAMAGED
