  • 1.  Blocking creation of certain type of MQXR FDC reports

    We watch for FDC files and we have seen a number caused by the client.  An example is:

    Source Method :- doAsynchronousWork
    Probe Id :- XR071024
    java.io.IOException: Connection reset by peer


    Can I block the creation of MQXR FDC probe type XR071024 for example?

    If so, simply upgrade to the next FixPack. 

    Also, if you are using MQ v8.0 or v9.0, they are both no longer supported.  You should upgrade to MQ v9.2.

    Hey Roger,

         We are at MQ 8.0.0.16. We are awaiting operating system upgrades then we will be upgrading MQ. I was hoping MQXR had the 'QMErrorLog:' 'ExcludeMessage' capacity like MQ has.

    BTW, I was at the MQ Technical Conference 2.0.1.4.

    Unfortunately it's not possible to suppress them, but we may look to change it from an FDC to an error log message in the future.
