You can see in the error there was a connection reset. This means ACE connected to the remote system and at some point during the communication the remote system sent a reset packet, indicating it no longer wants to communicated. This can happen for a variety of reasons. As you are using SSL, most likely the server is incorrectly handling an SSL error. You need to reach out to the owner of the remote system and have them tell you why it reset the connection. If you do not know why they reset it, you would have to blindly make changes in ACE with the hope something fixes it. Diagnostics from ACE may help, namely a
JSSE trace, but most likely not.
