I am receiving the similar error : Failed yum transaction test when applying QRadar 7.5.0 patch below.
I ran the command: /media/updates/supplementary_scripts/run_yum.py --baseurl /media/updates/repo --clean all but still getting the same error.
Is there another way to fix the issue?

you must delete yum repositories. I had the same problem some moths ago.
/media/updates/supplementary_scripts/run_yum.py --baseurl /media/updates/repo --clean all
