Hi everyone,

I have installed one collector in VM, after installation i get this below error:

login as: cli
Warning: Can't connect to local MySQL server
The cli database login failed.

What version of iso did you use? I'm suspecting one that has an image prior to MySQL certificate update.

Thank you for responding here is the name of the image I use (Security_Guardium_Product_Image_V11.4_DVD.iso)

I looked for the ISO of version 11.5 in Passport Advantage unfortunately I did not get the ISO of the latter.

Is there any date stamp that would indicate the build/compilation date of the ISO? My post MySQL cert is named: Security_Guardium_Product_Image_V11.4_DVD_REV1.iso when I unzip it.

Thank you for your feedback, nothing you mentioned appeared after I unzipped the image, look at the ZIP image before UNZIP and after.

@Famakan TRAORE,

All of the ISO's on Passport Advantage were supposed to be replaced, so if you pulled this down currently it could be another issue. However, it sure looks like you may have a deprecated ISO, hard to say for sure with limited information. 11.5 was not affected by the MySQL cert issue, but you can't find it on Passport Advantage, so I feel your best bet is to contact support or reach out to your IBM sales representative.
