    Hi Dear,

    I have a problem importing the STAP module like the link below. But it is stated here that if you are unable to delete the module in the web console or CLI, log in with the root user and delete it from there. But I don't have the root user password. Thank you for your help.

    Milad,

    You are absolutely correct. I saw this issue as well.

    You will need to enter a support ticket.

    I am not sure if they have released the fix for this known bug.

    Thank you for replying to my Message.
    The support of our organization has ended and it is not possible to provide support for our organization due to financial problems.
    I have not filed a support ticket yet
    Is it possible to place a ticket without support?
    If I can do this, I would be grateful if you could send me the link to register your ticket.
