    Hi Community,

    We were looking to get an IBM Security Verify training on below products under IBM Security verify.

    1. IBM Verify Customer Identity
    2. IBM Verify Workforce Identity
    3. IBM Verify Identity Protection
    4. IBM Verify Identity Governance
    5. IBM Verify Privileged Identity
    6. IBM Verify Trust
    7. IBM Verify Directory
    8. IBM Application Gateway

    We checked for IBM Security Verify Access L4 training course using our IBM Partner email. But it gave an error mentioning that we do not have access to the L4 course. Then we checked for IBM Training partner training courses . Course: TW110G: Verify Access: Deploy and Configure - IBM Training - Global

    But we do not think that this training  covers our expectations.

    • Hands On Training on all the verify products
    • Customized training for above mentioned IBM security verify products

    How can we address this? Please advice the way forward.

    Inura,

    We are working on both Business Partner and Client education in all the areas you mentioned above.

    I am confused by your statement that you don't have access to BP education for Verify Access.  We do have a course you should have access to.

    We also have fee based client facing content available as well.

    As you mentioned the TW110G is Instructor Led training, but we have an online version:  TW110XG

    We also, just released part 2 of that course just last week, the TW111XG focused on PoPs, ACLs and Junctions.

    Coming in the next couple of weeks, a Verify SaaS L4 training courses will be available as well.

    Hi Lance,

    Thank you very much for your reply. Please find the below attached screenshot of the issue we were facing. Please note that I took this screenshot while I was logged in to ibm.com with my business partner email and when accessing the L4 Verify access training.

    However, since we were facing this issue, we raised a ticket in IBM support and they redirected us to raise a ticket in https://ibmcpsprod.service-now.com/its. 

    Today we got an update from them that the issue has been resolved. Now we can access to the content without an issue.

    Regarding the training, I was not aware about the course TW111XG. We will be look in to this training as well.
