    We are integrating the 'GAIA Checkpoint Application' with IBM QRadar SOAR.

    At the configuration time, we are setting the required parameter of the management firewall, and it's successfully configured with SOAR.

     

    But even if we are setting the wrong or default parameter(***)(URLs, UserID and Pass) in the app.config file also the testing getting successful without error.

    I have integrated App with the correct parameter and run the function 'Add host', but that time also got the error.

    The error says: - "HTTPSConnectionPool(host='https', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: //172.19.130.15:443/web_api/login (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7fc1543bf748>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or service not known',))"

    This is the app we are integrating.
