  • 1.  How to troubleshoot SOAR Edge gateway to external devices

    Hello experts,

    I have successfully deployed App host to my IBM QRadar SOAR and the status is "running". I have installed LDAP functions for SOAR app on the AppHost, but after applying the credentials in the app.config file,  the "Test Configuration" button is just stuck. Please how do i troubleshoot this issue. the download logs from the "detail" tab of the AppHost does not tell me anything about this issue. In addition , using "openssl s_client -connect <ip_ldap_server>:389" command from the App Host cli shows that my AppHost can connect to the LDAP server.

    I would suggest removing [fn_ldap_utilities:Domain2] as it has default values and this will cause the Test Configuration to fail. After you do that click the 'Save and Push Changes' button. Then run Test Configuration again, this can take some time to complete.
