Hi Martin,
Collector version 11.5p525, Windows GIM V11.3.0.256, V11.4.0.316 are all SHA1, so I don't think you're facing the issue related to SHA256.
Could you please open a support ticket with your environment information (must gather)?

We are facing similar issue but in our case we are not upgrading to a SHA256 based GIM. the details are as follows
Appliance at P525.
Current version 11.3_r110300256_1
Version to upgrade to is 11.4_r110400316_1
Any insight would be appreciated.

Hi Arunkumar,
V11.3 GIM server/client uses SHA1, but V11.5 uses SHA256 starting Guardium 11.5 patch 530 (11.0p530) and Windows GIM V11.5.0.258. You have to upgrade the appliance first.

we tried to upgrade GIM to version 11.5.0.258.
