  • 1.  Creation of a select / multiselect custom field for users

    Hi community, 

    Hope you are all doing great ! 

    I know this is mostly not possible , but hay , there is no reason to not ask.

    Is there a way to create a custom field of type select where can I select users , similar to "owner" and "members" fields.

    Hi Mohamad 

    You can create a Custom Incident Field of type Multiselect and define the input fields therein  that can be selected.

    Not sure had you a more complex configuration in mind

    thanks for taking the time to reply.

    I meant the special type of select / multiselect as in the "Owner" field , which allows you to select an IBM SOAR user.

    Hi Mohamad

    You want to replicated the Users list, but with a custom field.it looks like that is not possible, unfortunately. From talking to my colleagues it appears that manually replicating the list with the within the custom field appears to be the only solution at this time.
