Hi Powell, you can choose what sources are shown per application, and per portal (usc and admin). IF you are suddenly not seeing a source then there was a change to the tenant which you can track down using the "reports" and admin activity.

For portal access you can view/change the sources as a admin under "security" and sign-in options as shown.
For application Identity source selection, you have to go into the application and choose.
