Hi Eduardo,
If you navigate to Setup-->Services and expand the Mobile Device Management section, you should see more information about the APNS cert, including the current Apple ID to which it is bound. If that is the field you are referring to when you say the ID is a number, that would indicate the previous admin entered that rather than the ID. One option is to renew the cert with a different Apple ID. This will require you contact AppleCare and have them transfer the current cert serial (viewable in the portal) to the new one. This is unfortunately not something we can facilitate from our end.
Once logged in to identity.apple.com/pushcert with that Apple ID, you should see it listed. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Subject: Apple ID associate with Apple Push Certificates
Hello,
Just received access to MaaS360 and trying to renew our APN Certificate and I want to make sure I am using the correct apple ID associated with MDM. Management provided our Apple Business Manager ID, but when creating the new cert with this Apple ID and loging into the APN portal to renew the cert nothing is there. Is my thinking correct that there should be a previous cert to renew and management probably gave me the wrong ID? I do not want to create a new cert and have to reassociate all the devices if avoidable. The ID on the previous cert shows a number instead of an email, is there anywhere else inside of MaaS360 to find this?
Thank you for any help.
