  • 1.  Tagging analyst in notes using in-script incident.addNotes

    Hi Members,

    I was looking for some approach where I can tag a fellow analyst in the notes while creating the note string from withing the in-script incident.addNotes method.

    Do we need to apply special characters in the string or any escape character to ​bring the effect similar to @ while manually creating a note.

    Hi Mihir,

    Checking "CommentDTO" of Resilient REST API, to mention a user you need to set "mentioned_users" when post a comment. I don't think this is supported by in-product script.
