Whitelisting Facebook and Messenger accounts in a Security Policy.

    Hello,

I'm new to this forum and I'm looking for some advice with clearing a MaaS360 policy violation.  I am not responsible for creating or amending our Security Policies for my company and unfortunately my line manager has been off for several weeks.  A policy has been copied and amended to allow access to a specific app.  This route was taken rather than adding the app to the original policy for testing purposes.  The original policy did not have any account restrictions in place but this had to be implemented on the new policy.  Consequently valid Facebook and Messenger accounts are now creating policy violations on several workers phones.  I have added .*facebook.* to the Accounts section in Android Enterprise Settings in a similar manner to the other allowed accounts but the policy violations are still apparent which leads me to believe that it needs to be entered in a different format.  I have been unable to find anything online regarding this and was hoping someone here had experience of the problem.

    Many thanks.
