We have a user with iPhone 11 pro and MaaS360 app has stopped working and it is not able to get badges when new mail comes in. I privately wrote to Matt Shaver but i guess my message did not go through.
We have tried removing MaaS360 app via selective wipe and add it back. we have checked all notification settings in app and in iPhone settings and nothing has changed. We also checked Date/Time sync and it is working. We cannot figure out if this is since updated to latest MaaS360 or IOS 14. The only thing we have not checked is Background App refresh which should not have changed. We had a second user that had the same problem but we were able to solve the problem by doing all updates for IOS and MaaS360.
If you have any ideas please let me know.
