Maas360 auto complete/auto suggest

    Hi there,

    We have disabled auto complete on our mail system which is Exchange 2016.  unfortunately users who use Maas360 still auto complete/auto suggest is on their Maas container when they write a new email.

    Is there any way to disable auto complete/auto suggest in our Maas360 MDM dashboard?

    Finding information on IBM website is too complicated for an IT user, normal people won't understand anything.  I was searching for pieces of puzzle till I found this section I need to post a question.  Inadequate information on the front page any website leads to waste of time.

    Can you please confirm 
    - Whether you are speaking about auto-complete of contact names in address field, or auto-complete of words when typing a mail in the main body field? 
    - Which platform you are using (Android/iOS etc) and which version of Secure Mail client?

    I confirm, it is the auto-complete of contact names in <g class="gr_ gr_146 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep gr-progress" id="146" data-gr-id="146">address</g> field, and we are using Maas 360 container app on iOS device <g class="gr_ gr_121 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="121" data-gr-id="121">iphone</g> 8

    Hi all
    Apologies for this, the link was an out of date one. 
    Regarding configuration I have looked at Workplace policy which is where you control the settings for the Mail client. I don't see any setting related to this. 
    However there are settings related to use of contacts such as use of Personal (device-level) contacts when within the MaaS360 Mail client. 
    Can you please confirm whether these are enabled to see whether this is controlling the setting? 
    If not we will need to get Support to look at this.

    I was able to fix this issue on the individual device by selecting "archive all recently sent contacts" under Contacts in Settings.
