However, with the arrival of Auto-Update and What's New features, team workload lightens—automated updates ensure their SIEM applications stay current, while the What's New section keeps team informed about critical enhancements & new QRadar updates on the platform itself, enabling them to maintain a robust security posture without sacrificing precious time and focus.
Auto-Update: Effortless Maintenance, Enhanced Security
Keeping your SIEM applications up-to-date is paramount for maintaining optimal performance and fortifying your defences against emerging threats. Yet, manual updates can often be burdensome and prone to oversight. Enter Auto-Update—the solution designed to alleviate this challenge and streamline your app maintenance process.
With Auto-Update enabled, your applications will automatically synchronise with the latest versions available on the marketplace. This intelligent feature operates discreetly in the background, sparing you the need for manual checks.
Above capability can be found by following the mentioned flow: Assistant App -> Applications -> Manage -> List View -> Options -> Enable Auto-Update.
For every successful & unsuccessful Auto-Updates users would be notified via the Notification icon.
Post activation of “Auto-Update” user can find “Disable-Auto-Update” in case user wants to unsubscribe from the auto-update utility for that particular app.

The What's New feature serves as your beacon of insight, offering a comprehensive overview of key updates and enhancements within the QRadar SIEM platform.
