    Hello, 

    I am having a repeated issue with IBM Cloud Pak for Data. I have Editor access in a project and I try to open the notebooks I work.

    The notebook fails to lunch and after several attempts, I am locked from access to my notebook.

    I would like to understand what and why is this happening?
