    Hey Team,

    I already have a running instance in serviceNow which has the Virtual Agent that is already set up. I want to integrate it with my watsonx assistant. 

    I want the watsonx assistant to be my primary bot which calls an extension that talks to the Virtual Agent Live chat bot in ServiceNow. I have no experience with serviceNow integration. Any help would be appreciated. 

    NOTE: I do see a servicenow integration option which handles tickets and stuff but nothing related to Virtual Agent.

    Hi Srihari,

    Were you able to integrate Watson assitant to Servicenow and  use WA as primary bot? Could you share more details on this integration if you ahve already done it?
