I am new with OPL CPLEX and have to write a scheduling and routing problem related to home health care. For this assignment I would like start with re-writing the model of Bredström, D., Rönnqvist, M (2017) with vehicle routing and scheduling with temporal precedence and synchronisation. However i am getting stuck when writing the model. Could someone please have a look at it or can help me by sending a mod file that is related to this model so I can see how to write such models.
