    When I try to click the "download" button, it always show "Requested resource is currently unavailable, please try again later!". And I already wait for ten days,the issue didn't resolve automatically.

    Same problem.
    I am awaiting for more than 2 months.
    I am registered under IBM Academic Initiative.

    I am experiencing the same problem. Opened https://www.ibm.com/academic/topic/data-science" href="https://www.ibm.com/academic/topic/data-science" class="linkificator-ext" rel="noreferrer">https://www.ibm.com/academic/topic/data-science then clicked on the Software tab, then on ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio, then on Download, and I got the error (cf. the image below). Tried with both Chrome and Firefox.
    Please fix. Thank you.
