Is your screenshot from the IDE or from oplrun? Does the execution of oplrun hang or does it crash?
The message usually appears in the IDE if the oplrun process crashed (due to out-of-memory for example). So for debugging we should focus on the problems that appear when running oplrun directly.
Which version of CPLEX do you use? Can you share your .mod and .dat files?
